Installing Altiris Service Desk 7 on Microsoft Windows 64 bit and IIS 6
If Altiris Service Desk 7 throws XML errors on Windows 2003 x64 with IIS 6, switch the app pools to 32-bit mode. That fixes the XML processing failure.
